• Infrastructure：Hands-on experience with GCP/AWS, Docker, K8s, and robust CI/CD pipelines.

• Database & SRE：Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL optimization and a strong intuition for monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.​

• Experience leading a pod of 3-5 engineers or managing remote/outsourcing teams.
