SWAG Live is a leading global media and entertainment company that produces and distributes premium adult streaming content to worldwide audiences across both web and app platforms. 


As a HR Manager, you will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.

Responsibilities

Compensation Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies, including base salary, bonuses, incentive plans, and benefits, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.

  • Conduct comprehensive salary surveys, analyzing market data to determine competitive compensation packages.

  • Collaborate with finance and senior management to allocate salary budgets and ensure compliance with compensation policies.

  • Monitor compensation and benefits trends, making adjustments based on market changes and company needs.

 

Performance Management

  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to assess and reward employee performance.

  • Design and implement effective performance management plans that align with company goals and values.

  • Train HR staff and management to ensure effective execution of performance management processes.

  • Regularly review and update performance management policies and procedures based on company needs and industry best practices.

 

Recruitment Management

  • Develop and implement company-wide recruitment strategies to meet business needs.

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data and trends to continuously improve the recruitment process.

  • Develop and optimize recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.

  • Plus: Lead the selection and implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring alignment with organizational needs and user requirements.

 

Employee Relations

  • Establish and maintain positive employee relations, promoting a good work environment and corporate culture.

  • Handle employee complaints and disputes, providing effective solutions to ensure employee satisfaction and company interests.

  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and develop improvement measures.

  • Organize and promote employee engagement activities to enhance a sense of belonging and participation.

Team Management

  • Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring the professional development and job satisfaction of team members.

  • Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient task completion by team members.

  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.

  • Regularly review team performance, providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.

Other Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices related to compensation, performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.

  • Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Collaborate closely with senior management to support the achievement of company strategic goals.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  2. At least 8 years of experience in HR roles, focusing on recruitment, compensation, and performance management, with a minimum of 2 years in a management position.

  3. Ability to speak and write English and Mandarin Chinese fluently.

  4. In-depth knowledge of best practices and trends in recruitment, performance management, and compensation.

  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

  6. Strong strategic thinking, detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities.

  7. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Salary Range

1,500,000 ~ 2,200,000 TWD per annum
