The team continuously optimizes the user journey through data-driven insights and plans a wide range of user initiatives to ensure a high-quality experience on SWAG.
You will work closely with the Design and R&D teams, collaborating through ongoing communication and coordination to move toward SWAG’s product vision and achieve shared goals together.

Marketing
The Marketing team is SWAG’s creative engine and a core driving force behind our brand growth and market strategy. From planning diverse marketing initiatives to continuously refining our brand presence, we play a key role in driving SWAG’s ongoing growth.
While the role may occasionally involve routine tasks, collaboration with supportive teammates and a positive team atmosphere make the work both engaging and enjoyable.

Creator
The Talent Management team discovers and nurtures emerging creators, introducing them to the SWAG platform and empowering them to proudly share their work with the world.
When creators need support, we provide guidance and fresh perspectives to spark their creativity—helping them grow, shine, and fully realize their potential on SWAG.

Customer Success
The Customer Success team is the bridge between SWAG and our users, ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience on the platform. We not only help resolve user issues and questions, but also play a key role in maintaining platform quality.
We review and handle non-compliant content with care, helping keep the platform safe, healthy, and aligned with our community guidelines. In addition, we proactively engage with users and gather feedback to continuously improve our service and product features.
