Frontend Engineer

What You’ll Do

Independently develop new features and fix bugs based on product requirements

Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including PM and Design

Improve and optimize product performance

Participate in internal code reviews to maintain code quality

What We’re Looking For

Experience with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Redux
Practical experience in at least five of the technologies listed above
- Server-side render: react-router, express server, NextJS App router
- Performance：critical rendering path, event loop, interaction to next paint (INP), intersection observer
- Persist：Cookie, localStorage, IndexedDB
- Cache：CDN cache, server side fetch cache, redis, cache-control header, service worker fetch cache
- WebApp：PWA, service worker, push notification, i18n
- SEO：og headers, canonical headers, ld+json, sitemap/robot.txt

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional tools and technologies, such as webpack, socket.io, tween.js, PixiJS, Apple Pay / Google Pay / Samsung Pay, and WebAssembly (WASM)
Experience with video players and streaming technologies, including video.js, DASH.js, shaka-player, bitmovin, and similar tools
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools, such as GitHub Actions / workflows, Docker, and pm2
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong curiosity for learning new technologies and a willingness to share knowledge
Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small-scale projects

Salary

NTD 1,400,000 – 1,800,000 per year
