HRBP / HR Generalist

We are looking for a highly-driven HRBP or a Generalist who will partner with our business teams to deliver excellent employee experience, develop and execute HR plans to achieve business results and employee experiences.

Responsibilities

  1. Execute on the full spectrum of HR matters, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance & reward management, learning & development, offboarding etc.

  2. Execute HR processes, initiatives and ensure compliance/adherence to HR Policies.

  3. Execute performance & rewards including Performance Planning & Target Setting, Mid- Year Review, Year End Review, Annual Rewards, etc.

  4. Execute Talent Management such as Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent Development, etc.

  5. Resolve employee performance/ disciplinary issues and address grievances. You need to be knowledgeable with the law and the ability to apply it practically to workplace situations and as well as advising Managers on the next steps to take.

  6. Partner with stakeholders to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention.

  7. Implement new procedures and policies to improve efficiency of employee experience.

  8. Develop and maintain records, reports, and logs.

  9. Perform HR operations and administrations 

  10. Support in the coordination of all staff event, eg. Spring Dinner, Christmas Party, Team Building activities, Training logistics set up, etc.

Requirements

  1. Great at Google suite or MS office, and any HR Operations related tools.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience working towards a HR Business Partner or as a Generalist.

  3. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field.

  4. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

  5. Full understanding of all HR functions and best practises

  6. Analytical and goal oriented

  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change and agile

  8. Strong ability to multitask, with attention to details, and result-oriented

  9. Able to see the bigger picture, with service-oriented mind, focusing on the HR needs of employees and stakeholders respectively

  10. Excellent interpersonal skills. 

  11. Being able to read, write and speak in English.

  12. Thorough knowledge of labour law.

Salary Range

35,000 ~ 50,000 TWD per month
