HR Specialist

We are looking for a highly-driven a HR Specialist who will partner with our business teams to deliver excellent employee experience, develop and execute HR plans to achieve business results and employee experiences.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage HR shared services, including onboarding, recruiting, employer branding, employee relations, and data management.

  2. Plan and conduct employer branding projects including recruitment marketing and social recruiting to improve recruitment performance. Attend and plan workshops, conferences, and hiring events to build up a powerful employer brand and source new employees.

  3. Collaborate with HR partner to support full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, selecting candidates, and managing onboarding.

  4. Actively seek to diversify talent in the market through different recruiting channels. Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates from recruiting platforms, jobsites, social media and others while maintaining long-term relationships with them.

  5. Establish the talent pool in line with corporate culture and business development needs.

  6. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the people group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

  7. Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management and training and development, with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements

  1. Have 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, including 2 or more different functions, which recruitment is a must. Learning & development, performance management, employer branding or employee relations experiences is a good plus.

  2. Experience in IT industry or start-up company hiring is nice to have.

  3. Fluent in English, especially listening, speaking, and writing.

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

  5. Proactive and enthusiastic learner, Be optimistic and detail-oriented person.

  6. A problem solver, open-minded and excellent project management skills, multiple tasking and enjoy fast-paced and dynamic environment.
