SWAG Live is a leading global media and entertainment company that produces and distributes premium adult streaming content to worldwide audiences across both web and app platforms. 
As a head of HR, you will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.

Responsibilities

  1.  Direct report to the CEO.

  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

  3. Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s compliance and strategic needs.

  4. Administer and oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to Talent Acquisition, C&B and Attendance; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

  5. Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management.

  6. Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.

  7. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.

  8. Develop and implement departmental budgets.

  9. Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.

Requirements

  1. At least 5 years of professional experience in a high performance culture environment (i.e. consulting or successful start-up company), including 3 years in digital media.

  2. 8 years or relevant experience in HR.

  3. Displays a high level of creative thinking, problem-solving and data analyst skills.

  4. Solid quantitative and analytics capabilities. Comfortable working with data and is able to utilize data to make effective strategic decisions.

  5. Ability to speak and write English and Mandarin Chinese fluently.

  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  7. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  9. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  11. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

  12. Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.

  13. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

  14. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

  15. Proficient with G-Suite MS Office or related software.

Salary Range

1,200,000 ~ 1,800,000 TWD per annum
