Affiliate Manager

Responsibility

  1. Develop and apply strategies for partnership growth; CPA, CPI campaigns.

  2. Proficient in CPA Networks: ShareASale, Commission Junction, etc.

  3. Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.

  4. Add client promotions and launches to affiliate sites via newsletter communication and direct placements.

  5. Quality control of affiliate sites.

  6. Writing, editing, and coordination of affiliate decks.

  7. Editing Weekly Affiliate Reports.

  8. Sending out weekly newsletters to affiliates with client information and promotions.

  9. Maintain high level of communication with affiliates, recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback to advertising team.

  10. Supply creative packages, links and reporting to affiliates as needed.

  11. Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in the affiliate channel.

  12. Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns.

  13. Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals and other avenues.

  14. Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth.

Requirements

  1. 3-5 years of Affiliate Management experience.

  2. Required skills: Affiliate Networks & Management, Digital Marketing, CPA Campaign Management, Data Monitoring.

  3. Preferably specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

  4. Experience in data analysis and reporting.

  5. Excellent communication skills.

  6. Strong analytical thinking with strong math skills.

  7. Experience with partnerships, referral, or affiliate marketing, as well as sales/account management.

  8. Experience monitoring trends and patterns from online marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  1. Self-motivated, organized, ambitious team player with attention to detail.

  2. Data driven, analytical minded and able to problem solve in a fast paced environment.

  3. Passionate about digital marketing and up to date on the latest trends and best practices.

  4. Well versed with grammar/proofreading & familiar with reading analytic reports.

  5. Knowledge of PPC, Display ads, SEO, E-commerce and Email Marketing.
